I’d love to see content that helps Korean developers practice real-world English communication through hands-on collaboration with international teammates.
Rather than just textbook learning, this could include:
Simulated or real projects where developers work with foreigners and communicate through GitHub PRs, meetings, and messaging platforms
Online courses focused on “developer English,” such as writing tech specs, code reviews, and giving/receiving async feedback
A sandbox-style experience where participants join a mock global team with defined roles and tasks, mimicking a remote work environment
This kind of practical experience would be incredibly valuable for Korean developers preparing for overseas careers, as well as those working at Korean companies with global teams.
On the flip side, I also think it would be fun and helpful to create the reverse version of this idea:
Content designed to help foreign developers learn how to collaborate more effectively with Korean teams—including cultural nuances, common communication styles, and project workflow differences.
That way, both sides can build mutual understanding and meet halfway in real-world team scenarios.
